On January 12^th, 2007,  Regency Park Homeowners Association was awarded a Vision 2025 grant to fund the construction of neighborhood entrance signs. In the coming months we will be working with the city to select a contractor. Membership  approved expenditure of HOA funds to provide the necessary homeowners association contribution to receive this grant. (Regency will receive $22,000 from vision 2025 funds.) (The entrance signs will be placed at the 87^th East Ave and 94th East Ave and on the Mingo Rd. entrance to the Regency park on 48th Place. )

At a special meeting in June of 2007, the membership approved the first phase of the wall project. These are actual pictures of construction

We will continue with landscaping of the easement in front of the wall. We are the first addition in Tulsa to utilize this type of wall.
