The homeowners Association is currently one of the leading HOA in Tulsa. One feature of the addition is the spacious Aaronson Park which serves as a recreation area as well as flood prevention facility. Also at one of the major entrances to our addition is Regency Park Nazarene Church. Considering that 51st and Memorial is the geographic center of Tulsa the addition is accessible to all major shopping, education and medical resources of Tulsa.

We are please to have completed a beautification project which includes the second phase of boundary wall along 51st Street as well as 3 new entrance signs with flower beds and landscaping. The project was funded by Vision 2025 funds which were awarded Regency Park in 2007. Our homeowners funded the cost of the second phase of boundary wall. The final phase of boundary walls will be completed when funding is available. Homeowners are encouraged to pay in past dues as it is these funds which make this project possible.
